NEW DELHI- The Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee recently held a two-day study visit at Shillong, Meghalaya, where a detailed presentation on NTPC's growth plans and performance was shared with the committee members.

The presentation covered various aspects of NTPC's operations, including its renewable portfolio and robust financials. Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance), and Shri Karunakar Das, Chief General Manager of NTPC Bongaigaon, were present at the meeting to provide additional insights.

The committee meeting was chaired by Shri Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, a Member of Parliament from Lok Sabha, and attended by 12 other members of parliament. Shri Vinod Bhoyar, AGM of Corporate Planning, and other NTPC officials were also present.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the committee members to learn more about NTPC's operations and to discuss important issues related to the company's growth and performance. The presentation was well-received by the committee, and the discussions were productive and informative.
