POWERGRID has acquired SPV ‘Gadag II and Koppal II Transmission Limited’ for TBCB project: ‘System Strengthening at Koppal-II and Gadag-II for integration of RE generation projects’ with cost of Rs 1,354 Cr. (NCT estimations).
Project includes establishment of 400 kV line between Koppal-II – Gadag-II traversing Karnataka, & augmentation of under construction substations of Koppal-II and Gadag-II. It shall facilitate evacuation of power from RE Generation projects.
