According to the stock filing the Board of Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed that Shri K. Jayaprasad, who was appointed as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for a period of three years w.e.f 26th November, 2022, has ceased to be a member on the Board, on completion of his tenure on 25 April, 2025.
