New Delhi: State-run SJVN Ltd. has announced the record date for the final dividend payment of Rs 0.31 per share for FY25. The approval is subject to take place in the 37th Annual General Meeting of the company. Consequently, shares will be in focus as the company will be in focus after the dividend is declared.
According to the exchange filing, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Thursday, September 18, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of members for payment of the Final Dividend of ₹0.31/- per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, subject to declaration at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Currently, the shares of SJVN are closed at Rs 92.43, down by 1.64% at BSE. However, the stock has surged over by 11.50% in the last six months.
