UPPCL issues LoA to Adani Green Energy’s arm for 400 MW solar power supply
The Received Letter of Award (LOA) will grant the Adani subsidiary the rights to supply 400 MW of solar power to UPPCL for a period of 25 years.

The wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Twelve Ltd, has been issued a significant project by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL).
The Received Letter of Award (LOA) will grant the Adani subsidiary the rights to supply 400 MW of solar power to UPPCL for a period of 25 years. The solar power will be generated from a grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) power project and to be developed in Rajasthan. The tariff for the power supply has been fixed at Rs 2.57 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).

This win further strengthens Adani Green Energy's position in the renewable energy sector and contributes to India's growing solar power capacity, the company said in an exchange filing.
Shares of Adani Green Energy Ltd. are currently trading 1.49% higher at Rs 974.25. The stock is down 7% so far in 2025.
