RVNL Invites Applications for Manager (S&T) Post in Rishikesh on Deputation Basis

New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has issued a vacancy notification inviting applications for the post of Manager (Signal & Telecom) on a deputation basis. The position is based in Rishikesh and is open to eligible candidates from relevant government departments.
According to the notification (No. 2026/RVNL/15-S&T), one post is available, with a tenure of five years, subject to government approval for exemption from the rule of immediate absorption.
Eligibility and Pay Scale
Candidates must be below 56 years of age and meet one of the following criteria:
- Working in Level-8 (CDA) or equivalent posts
- Holding Level-7 posts substantively
- Working in IDA E-2 (₹50,000–1,60,000) or
- Having four years of service in IDA E-1 (₹40,000–1,40,000)
The selected candidate will receive parent pay plus deputation allowance, with preference given to applicants having telecom-related experience.

Interested candidates must apply through the proper channel using the prescribed format available on RVNL’s official website. Additionally, an advance scanned copy of the application must be emailed.
Applications must be forwarded by the controlling authority along with vigilance clearance and APAR ratings for the last five years.
