RCFL share to get focus as Board declares Record Date for Non-Convertible Debentures
RCFL sets July 11 as record date for ?500 crore NCD redemption and interest payout; stock down 1.17% at RS 156.21.

Shares of state-owned Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCFL) are in focus as the company’s board has declared that Friday, July 11, 2025, is the Record Date for payment of interest and redemption of the Non-Convertible Debentures of 5000 secured, redeemable cumulative, non-cumulative, taxable, non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating to 500 Crore. The date of Interest Payment is 5th August, 2025.
Currently, the shares are trading down by 1.17% at Rs 156.21. The shares would have effected due to the Department of Fertilizer has calls off the company’s request to recognize EPMC Gas mechanism for Urea operations for the production of Trombay Urea for FY2021-22 and 2022-23.
The market capitalization of the company is Rs 8.26K crore and the 52-week high is at Rs 245.00. However, the stock has surged over 1.43% in the previous one month and 3.26% in last five sessions.
