CMD MECON enlightened gathering in Chintan Shivir
New Delhi: Mr. Atul Bhatt, CMD MECON enlightened the esteemed gathering in Chintan Shivir about demand of high grade steel in India and the ispatiirada of indigenous production of various grades
Shri. Atul Bhatt Chairman and Managing Director of MECON Limited is a Chemical Engineer from IIT, Delhi and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM, Calcutta. Prior to joining MECON he was Executive Director (Business Development and Corporate Planning) in NMDC and was instrumental in formulation of Strategic Management Plan 2025 for the Company and was responsible for all mergers & acquisition activities of the Company.
Shri Bhatt has also served in Arcelor Mittal as General Manager (Mergers & Acquisition) based in London, UK and as Country Manager (Iran) based in Tehran, Iran. Shri Bhatt has also worked in Tata Steel for a number of years, where he started his career as a Graduate Trainee.
The Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), is organising a National Workshop ‘Chintan Shivir’ to bring together key stakeholders from Government, NGOs and private sector to deliberate on the key areas of school education .
