Positive changes occurred in WCL through SAMWAD -20
NAGPUR. Western coalfields Limited is holding two days seminar on “Human capital management” from 6th to 7th May 2015 in Nagpur, where Senior Officials and participants from all subsidiaries of Coal India Limited are participating to get insight on the topic.
About a month ago SAMWAD-20 groups were formed in all ten areas including headquarters of WCL to introduce positive changes in day to day professional and personal life of WCL personnel.
During last odd one month the SAMWAD-20 groups are working in such a fashion in entire WCL that are able to resolve various issues related to water supply, electricity, residential facility, medical facility etc.
These groups are empowered to identify and resolve issues at their own level. The initiative was launched under the able guidance of CMD of WCL, Shri. Rajiv. R. Mishra.
Continuing positive contribution towards coal industry .
