NEW DELHI . A Seminar on "Safe Working Environment for Women in NTPC" was organized at PMI, Noida on 3rd February. Dr Arup Roy Choudhury, CMD, NTPC , Shri U P Pani, Director (HR), NTPC, Ms Mamta Sharma, Chairperson, National Commission for Women (NCW) addressed over 300 women employees of NTPC attending the seminar. The aim of the seminar was to ensure a healthy and congenial work environment for women employees. Dr Charu Wali Khanna, Member, NCW explained various provisions and new changes incorporated in the "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace" Act, 2013 through a presentation. Seminar concluded with an interaction session with women employees.
