ONGC enters into MOU with IOCL for providing expertise services
ONGC and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd sign an MoU to strengthen emergency response in oil and gas fields. ONGC’s expertise will support blow-out and well control situations for IOCL’s operations.
Two major Oil PSUs, ONGC and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 4 September 2025 at Vadodara, Gujarat for providing ONGC's Crisis Management Team (CMT) Services to Indian Oil operated oil & gas fields in India.

This is the third such MoU signed between ONGC and Indian E&P companies.
While this collaboration will bolster IOCL's emergency preparedness for E&P operations, it is also a testimony to the confidence Indian E&P operators have in ONGC's crisis management capabilities.
