CSL is inviting online applications for two broad categories:
A. Fabrication Assistants on Contract

Sheet Metal Worker: 64 vacancies

Welder: 49 vacancies
B. Outfit Assistants on Contract (11 Trades)

Fitter (39), Electrician (21), Mechanic Diesel (16), Mechanic Motor Vehicle (16), Electronic Mechanic (13), Painter (11), Machinist (10), Crane Operator (6), Instrument Mechanic (6), Plumber (5), Shipwright Wood (4).
Essential Qualification: Pass in SSLC and ITI – NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the relevant trade.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience/training in the relevant trade.

Age Limit & Remuneration

Maximum Age: 45 years as on February 7, 2026 (Relaxable for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen as per rules).

Consolidated Pay: ₹23,300 per month, with eligibility for extra hours compensation up to ₹5,830 per month.
Selection Process & How to Apply

Selection Method: Through a Practical Test (100 marks) to be conducted at CSL, Kochi.
