New Delhi: The Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC), a vital project implementation organization under the Ministry of Railways, has issued a vacancy notification (No. 17/2025) for the post of Assistant Manager (Telecom) on an immediate absorption basis.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum Eligibility (Grade)
Eligible officers/executives from Indian Railways/Railway PSUs must hold substantively posts in one of the following grades:

Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA). OR
-
Level-7 (CDA) / E-1 (IDA) (₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000) for a period of 5 years.
2. Qualification

Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunications/Communication Engineering.

Must be from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
3. Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the following areas:

Networks: Experience in Railway networks (e.g., Ticketing network, train communication network, or RailNet). AND

Passenger Amenities: Experience in Passenger Amenity items (e.g., announcement systems or indicators).
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning and maintenance of telecom assets in MRVC offices and fields. This includes networks, indicators/display systems, Public Address (PA) systems, and CCTV. The role also involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across all project phases to maintain quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
