 Shri Pranab Mukherjee in the presence of  Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, Minister of State for Power (Independent Charge), Shri  Pradeep Kumar Sinha, Secretary (Power), Ministry of Power and other senior officials from Power PSUs, BEE on 16th Dec, 2013 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
