ATD Global BEST Award to NTPC
New Delhi: NTPC has been awarded the 2019 Global BEST Award by The Association for Talent Development (ATD), USA for the 3rd time in succession. NTPC was ranked 18th among 57 winners. Shri Saptarshi Roy, Director (HR) received the award on 03rd October at Washington DC.
The award recognizes leveraging of talent development function as a strategic business partner to achieve enterprise-wide success, the championing of learning opportunities and a learning culture.
