Neyveli- NLC India Limited announces with pride that its Learning & Development Centre has received accreditation from the National Standards for Civil Services Training Institutes (NSCSTI) under the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Government of India.

This achievement marks a significant milestone for the company, making NLC India Limited the 1st Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Coal to receive this prestigious recognition.

The Assessment Team from Capacity Building Commission (CBC) consisting of Two Assessors namely, Shri H.S. Ashokanand (IAS Retd.) and Shri Akshay Kumar conducted the Assessment of Learning and Development Centre of NLC India Limited from 12-03-2025 to 13-03-2025.

The accreditation process evaluates training institutes on rigorous standards of Training Needs Assessment and Course Design, Faculty Development, Resource and Training Targets, Trainee Support, Digitalization and Training Delivery, Collaboration, Training Evaluation, Quality Assurance, Operations and Governance. This successful accreditation of Learning and Development Centre of NLC India Limited underscores its dedication in maintaining high standards in developing human capital within the organization.
