NTPC HR Professional Wins Young HR ICON Award

NEW DELHI. Ms. Puja Kumari, Manager (HR) NTPC Sipat has been recognised as an “ YOUNG HR ICON “ at NHRDN – Prof. Ram Charan Young HR Icon Award 2019 at Chennai on 19th September,2019.

 

She was adjudged as the 1st runners up in this competition and received a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh. She was selected after three-tier process which consisted of Online Aptitude test, Video Questionnaire , Business simulation, Functional tests & personal interview . Many Young HR professionals from both Private & Public sectors were nominated for the above coveted award.
