NTPCs Talcher bagged the award of Best Employee Relation for the year 2012-13

BHUBANESWAR: NTPCs Talcher Super Thermal Power Station has bagged the award of Best Employee Relation for the year 2012-13 among all NTPC Power stations. The award was received by Shri Arvind Kumar, RED(ER-II) & Shri V.B. Fadnavis, Executive Director (Talcher Kaniha) from Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury, CMD, NTPC Limited during Swarna Shakti Awards function on the occasion of 39th Raising Day celebration held at New Delhi recently. In the year 2005, NTPC Limited introduced this award scheme to induce team spirit and competition among all the stations/projects of NTPC to improve its productivity and competitiveness.
