While in FY 2023-24, the Bank of India has delivered a Rs 935.44 crore of dividend cheque to the Government of India.
Earlier, the Bank of India had fixed June 20, 2025, as the record date for its Rs 4.05 final dividend. On May 9, 2025, Bank of India board declared a final dividend of Rs 4.05 per share.
