Central Bank of India declares final dividend and approves fund raising
The board has announced the Capital raising plan of the Bank for FY 2025-26 aggregating to Rs 5000 crore (Rupees Five Thousand crore only)

State-owned Central Bank of India has announced the results of board meeting held on 28th April, 2025 where the board has recommended final dividend of 1.875% i.e. Rs.0.1875 per equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paid out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Bank.
Furthermore, the board has announced the Capital raising plan of the Bank for FY 2025-26 aggregating to Rs 5000 crore (Rupees Five Thousand crore only) through Follow-on Public offer (FPO)/Rights issue/ Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) / Preferential issue or any other mode or combination thereof and /or through issue of BASEL III compliant AT1/Tier II Bonds or such other securities as may be permitted under the applicable laws subject to necessary regulatory approvals.

The Bank has declared the quarterly financial results for the FY24-25.
