India climbs of 16 places in World Bank’s Logistic Performance Index

New Delhi: India improved it's rank in the World Bank's Logistic Performance Index 2023 by climbing of 16 places. It is noted that the investments like soft & hard infrastructure and technology helps to climb this ladder. 

The World Bank report has ranked India at 38 among 139 countries, it is also said that end-to-end supply chain digitalisation is allowing countries, particularly emerging economies like India, to shorten port delays by up to 70% compared to those in developed countries

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed his happiness over over India’s spectacular climb of 16 places in World Bank’s Logistic Performance Index.
