Karnataka Bank Promotes Three Senior Officials as General Managers
Bengaluru: Karnataka Bank has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its Senior Management.
The following three officials have been promoted from the cadre of Deputy General Manager to General Manager with effect from 3 September 2026:

Mr. Gopalakrishna Samaga B.
Brief Profiles

Mr. Basavaraj Desalli joined the Bank as a Clerk in 1995. He is a Science graduate and CAIIB.

Mr. Raghavendra C L joined as a Clerk in 1999. He is a Science graduate and holds multiple professional certifications including CAIIB and IT & Cyber Security.

Mr. Gopalakrishna Samaga B. joined as Typist-Cum-Clerk in 1994. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce along with CAIIB and other professional qualifications.
All three officers have worked across various branches and offices of the Bank in different cadres over the years.
The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
