SBI Names Anindya Sunder Paul as New DMD (Finance)

State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with the appointment of Shri Anindya Sunder Paul as the Deputy Managing Director (Finance), effective December 1, 2025.

The announcement was made through an official filing to BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Shri Paul has taken over the charge of DMD (Finance), thereby being designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Bank.

This development follows SBI’s earlier communication dated September 17, 2025, regarding the leadership transition under Clause 7 of Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

Internal Appointment

Shri Anindya Sunder Paul’s new designation reflects an internal elevation within SBI, reaffirming the Bank’s strategy of appointing senior leaders from within the organisation.
