Ujjivan Small Finance Bank to hold Board meet soon to approve Q2 and H1 Financial Results

Bengaluru, October 6, 2025: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year that concluded on September 30, 2025. The announcement was made in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges today.
In connection with the upcoming financial results announcement, Ujjivan SFB confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Bank's Equity Shares by designated persons and their dependents has already been closed since October 01, 2025. The trading window will remain closed and shall only reopen 48 hours after the official announcement and declaration of the financial results. Furthermore, the Bank stated that a PAN freeze for each of the designated persons and their immediate relatives has been enabled through the depositories for the restricted period.
Investors will keenly await the results of the Board meeting on October 17 for an insight into the Bank's performance during the first half of the current fiscal year (H1 FY26).
