Yes Bank to hold Board Meeting for December-end Financial Results

New Delhi: Private sector lender, Yes Bank Ltd has announced the exchanges that the date of the Board Meeting for considering Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2025 is 17 January, 2026.

According to the filing, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of YES BANK Limited (the "Bank") will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended on December 31, 2025.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated December 26, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, this is to inform that theTrading Window for dealing in Securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Bank and its subsidiary till 2 days post publication of results and such persons shall not be permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till 2 days post publication of results.
