GAIL flags off two mobile medical units and inaugurates open gyms at Gorakhpur, UP
Through the qualified medical team in the MMU, free medical services and medicines are provided to these communities who otherwise have limited access to the established Public Health Care system.

New Delhi: Today, on March 30, 2025, Sh. Ravi Kishan Shukla, Member of Parliament (LS) Gorakhpur, flagged off two nos. Of Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) and inaugurated an open Gym at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, under the CSR Project of GAIL (India) Ltd.
The MMUs have been flagged off in a ceremonial program held at Composite Middle School, Kashiram Colony, Uttar Pradesh, in the presence of Sh. Anoop Gupta, ED (CSR&HR), Sh. A K Jha, GM (CSR).

As a part of Project Arogya – a Flagship CSR Project of GAIL (India)Ltd., free primary healthcare services are provided at the door-step of the underprivileged communities in the area. Through the qualified medical team in the MMU, free medical services and medicines are provided to these communities who otherwise have limited access to the established Public Health Care system. Open gyms project will enhance and provide facilities for maintaining healthy life style and fitness among the public.
