BHEL announces Q1 results, reports net loss of Rs 211.4 crore
The revenue for the quarter increased by 9.6% to Rs 5,485 crore from Rs 5,003 crore last year.
State-run Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) has reported June quarter results having a net loss of Rs 211.4 cr, nearly at the same levels compared to the same quarter last year.
The PSU reported a net loss of Rs 211.4 crore, compared to a net loss of Rs 205 crore during the previous year's quarter. The revenue for the quarter increased by 9.6% to Rs 5,485 crore from Rs 5,003 crore last year.
The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) came in at a loss of Rs 169 crore, which is slightly lower than the loss of Rs 179 crore it reported in the June quarter of financial year 2024.
