Hindustan Copper Q4 Results: Net Profit rose by 50.54% at Rs 187.17 crore; declares dividend

New Delhi, May 28, 2025: State-run Hindustan Copper Ltd has declared the audited financial results of the fourth quarter of the March-end FY2024- 205. On a consolidated basis, the revenue from operations stands at Rs 731.40 crore, compared to Rs 565.37 crore in Q4FY24.
Total Income for the March-end quarter stood at Rs 777.28 crore. Meanwhile, Net Profit stood at Rs 187.17 crore, up 50.54% compared to the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
The Board recommended payment of a dividend for the financial year 2024-25 at Rs 1.46 per share of the face value of Rs 5/- each for approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The date of payment of the dividend shall be intimated after approval of the dividend in the AGM separately.

The Board recommended seeking approval of shareholders to offer issue and allot secured or unsecured non-convertible debentures or bonds on a private placement basis up to Rs 500 crore.
Shares of Hindustan Copper are trading higher by 1.09% at Rs 247.80 at the BSE.
