New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has declared its quarterly financial results for the April-June period of FY25-26. The Net Profit on the basis of standalone financials is Rs 630.23 crore, registering a growth of Rs 13% as compared to Rs 557.75 crore in Q1FY25.

The Revenue from the operation of the company for Q1FY26 on the basis of standalone is standing at Rs 2,937.31 crore, which is up by 34.22% from the previous year’s quarter. The company gives the Highest Ever Loan Book of Rs 1,34,410 crore, up by 29%.

Additionally, the PSU company recorded the Highest-Ever Quarterly Disbursement of Rs 12,812 crore. In terms of asset quality, the company reports GNPA ratio at 1.34% and NNPA at 0.09%. Meanwhile, the Loan Sanctions are standing at Rs 34,224 crore, up by 143%.

Further, the Board declares 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.15/- per equity share i.e., @ 11.50 % (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26 and fixation of Thursday, 14th August, 2025 as Record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of 1st Interim Dividend. 

The process of payment of the Interim Dividend will be completed within 30 days of its declaration.

The Board has recommended the appointment of M/s VAP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive financial years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-2030, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM.

The shares of HUDCO are plummeted by 3.24% at Rs 211.65 at BSE.
