HUDCO Q4 results, net profit up by 24% YoY

Navratana PSU HUDCO has announced the Financial results of the quarter ended March 2024. The Total Income stands at Rs.7,948.10 Crore ( 12% YoY) and Net Profit stands at Rs.2,116.74 Crore (24% YoY ).
Meanwhile, Total Comprehensive Income Stands at Rs.2,136.52 Crore ( 24% YoY) including Loan book standing at Rs.92,654 Crore ( 15% YoY). Asset Quality improved with Net Credit impaired Assets at 0.36% vis-à-vis 0.52% as of March 31, 2023. Net Worth stands at Rs.16,614.30 Crore ( 15% YoY).

As on March 31, 2024, 99.99% of the total loan portfolio was given to State Governments and their agencies. Gross NPAs for loans made to the private sector were 2.12% compared to 0.57% for loans made to the Government and its agencies. (as of March 31, 2024).
Revenue from Operations for Q4 FY24 is Rs 2065.22 crore as against Rs 1852.38 crore of the previous financial year of the same quarter. Meanwhile, for the full FY24, it is Rs 7784.29 crore.
Net PAT stood at Rs 700.16 crore for Q4FY24 as against Rs 639.19 crore for Q4FY23. For full FY24 it stood at Rs 2116.74 crore. The urban infrastructure sanctions of loan stood at Rs 78488 crore for FY24. While for affordable housing, it is at Rs 3899 crore.
