New Delhi: IFCI Ltd company is soon to declare the financial results on January, 29 2026 for the December-end quarter of 2025.

According to the exchange filing, the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
