Interim Dividend of Rs. 6 per share declared in Q3’22. Thus, so far PFC has given an interim dividend of Rs.10.75 per share.

Healthy CRAR quarter on quarter. CRAR as on 31.12.2021 is 22.68% with Tier I capitalof 19.07% and Tier II capital of 3.61%

PFC on 09 th Feb 2022 has been awarded the prestigious ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) silver award for excellence in financial reporting for the financial year 2020-21 in ‘Public Sector Entities’ category.
