NTPC Received Excellence Award

NEW DELHI . NTPC received the award for Best Use of Blended Learning at Brandon Hall Excellence Award in Learning held at Florida, USA. Dr. Dang, Head of NTPC Solapur, RLI and Shri PMGV Srinivas, Head of NTPC Talcher Kaniha, RLI received the award on behalf of NTPC.

 

NTPC uses blended training combined with traditional Instructor Led training (ILT) with a mix of digital training such as e-learning, Web Conferencing, Video Conferencing based learning modules and Virtual Reality based along with classroom training. The advent of the latest technologies into power generation has increased the need for personalized training.
