PDIL Organizes Management Development Programme
New Delhi: Projects & Development India Ltd (PDIL), a Mini Ratna Category-I Engineering-Consultancy PSU under Department of Fertilizers (DOF), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India is organising a Management Development Programme (MDP) from 24th to 28th February 2020 at Corporate Office, Noida The MDP is being conducted by MDI, Gurugram.
The Program aims at developing competences of PDIL Executives like leadership, proactive people management strategies, problem solving & decision making and negotiation strategies etc. The Program is being conducted in terms of PDIL‘s MoU with Department of Fertilizers (DOF) for the year 2019-20. The Program was inaugurated by Director (Finance), PDIL on 24.02.2020.
