BEL Recruitment 2026: Assistant Security Officer Posts for Ex-JCOs – Apply Online for 7 Vacancies
Bengaluru: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Defence PSU, has invited online applications for the post of Assistant Security Officer (Grade E-I) on a permanent basis. The last date to apply is June 2, 2026.
Vacancies: 7 (UR-02, OBC-NCL-03, SC-01, ST-01)
Eligibility: Degree in any discipline + JCO grade experience in Army/Navy/Air Force/Central Paramilitary Organizations.
Age Limit (as on 01.05.2026): Max 40 years (General), 43 years (OBC-NCL), 45 years (SC/ST). Ex-servicemen get 5 additional years relaxation.
Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 + allowances. Approx. CTC: ₹7.75 lakh per annum.
Selection Process: Written Test (85 marks) + Interview (15 marks) – held in Bengaluru only. Minimum 35% (Gen/OBC) and 30% (SC/ST) separately in both.
