PESB Invites Applications for TCIL Director Projects Post 2026
New Delhi January 9 2026: The Public Enterprises Selection Board PESB has invited applications for the prestigious post of Director Projects in Telecommunications Consultants India Limited TCIL a Schedule A Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Telecommunications.
As per the official PESB notification Advertisement No 3 2026 the post will fall vacant on October 1 2026 and the selected candidate will be appointed for a period of five years or until the date of superannuation whichever is earlier.
Role and Responsibilities
The Director Projects will be a member of TCIL Board and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director. The role involves overall responsibility for execution of telecom and infrastructure projects including planning resource management material management strategic growth and business development while keeping pace with technological advancement in the telecom sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be engineering graduates with a strong academic background and should possess at least five years of senior level experience during the last ten years in project planning management or consultancy in the telecom sector.
Candidates may belong to CPSEs Central Government State PSUs with minimum turnover of two thousand crore rupees or large private sector companies meeting the same turnover criteria. Applicants holding MBA or PGDM qualifications will be given added advantage.
Pay Scale and Tenure
The position carries Schedule A pay scale with salary ranging from Rs 180000 to Rs 340000 IDA. The age of superannuation is sixty years.
