RLDA Recruitment 2026: JGM, DGM Civil & Traffic Manager Vacancies on Deputation
New Delhi, July 2, 2026: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, has issued Vacancy Notice No. 19/2026 for filling up various posts on deputation basis.
RLDA is inviting applications from eligible and willing officers for the following positions:
1. Civil Engineering Posts (at Mumbai)

Joint General Manager (Civil) – Pay Level-13 (7th CPC)

Deputy General Manager (Civil) – Pay Level-12 (7th CPC) Number of Posts: 02 (Mumbai)
Eligibility Highlights:

For JGM: Group ‘A’ officers of IRSE or equivalent with relevant experience.

For DGM: Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ Gazetted officers from Civil Engineering cadre.
2. Traffic Posts (at Mumbai)

Manager (Traffic) – Pay Level-11 (7th CPC)

Assistant Manager (Traffic) – Pay Level-9 (7th CPC) Number of Posts: 01 (Mumbai)
Eligibility Highlights:

Experience in Traffic/Train Operations from Indian Railways or other railway organizations like DMRC, DFCCIL, Konkan Railway etc.
Tenure of Deputation: 5 years (3 years + 2 years extendable)
