NBCC Signs MoUs with Odisha Universities for PM-USHA Projects

New Delhi, March 2026 – NBCC (India) Limited has announced that its Strategic Business Group (SBG), Odisha, has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with two prominent state universities to undertake infrastructure development projects under the Government of India’s PM-USHA scheme.

The agreements have been signed with Odisha State Open University and Gangadhar Meher University for construction and renovation works as part of the PM-USHA initiative.

The projects fall under the GSU (Government Supported Universities) component of PM-USHA, which aims to enhance higher education infrastructure across India by upgrading facilities and improving academic environments in state universities.

NBCC, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, continues to expand its footprint in the education infrastructure segment through such strategic collaborations. The initiative is expected to significantly improve campus infrastructure and support the modernization of higher education institutions in Odisha.
