New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the Curtailment of tenure of Shri Ujjwal Kumar (LAFEA Service, Rajya Sabha Secretariat:2005) as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of State for Defence (Shri Sanjay Seth) in the Ministry of Defence.
Further, Shri Kumar (LAFEA Service, Rajya Sabha Secretariat:2005) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Defence (Shri Sanjay Seth) in the Ministry of Defence at the level of Deputy Secretary with pay at level 12 of the pay matrix for a period up to 09.10.2028 (i.e. up to the overall limit of 10 years of working in the Minister's Staff) with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever event occurs the earliest, with the condition that on cessation of assignment as Private Secretary to the Minister for whatever reasons, he will revert to his cadre and complete his cooling off before being allowed to proceed on any deputation.
The Competent Authority has approved the proposal of the D/o Health & Family Welfare for premature repatriation of Shri Vaibhav Chandrakant Ghalme, ICAS (2011), Director, D/o Health & Family Welfare to his parent cadre on personal grounds with the provision of "extended cooling off".
He would be relieved of his duties immediately with directions to report to his parent cadre.
Also, the government has approved the proposal of the Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade for premature repatriation of Shri Ramesh Kumar Verma, Indian Trade Service officer (2013), Deputy Secretary, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade to his parent cadre on personal grounds with the provision of "extended cooling off".
He would be relieved of his duties immediately with directions to report to his parent cadre.
