Meenaxi Rawat Assigned Additional CVO Charge for HPCL

DoPT approves the entrustment of the additional charge of CVO, HPCL, Mumbai, to Ms. Meenaxi Rawat, IES(93) and CVO, BPCL, for a period of six months or until a regular CVO is appointed.

New Delhi, November 28, 2025: The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has approved the appointment of Ms. Meenaxi Rawat, IES (1993), as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) in Mumbai. She currently holds the CVO position at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) in Mumbai. 

She will take on this additional role for six months, starting from when she begins the job. This will last until a regular CVO is appointed at HPCL or until further notice, whichever comes first. 

The decision followed a proposal from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, according to an order dated November 24, 2025. The Competent Authority approved it. The order was issued by Sakshi Mittal, Director of DoPT. 

Copies of the order have been sent to the Central Vigilance Commission and senior officials of the Ministry of Personnel and Training.
