Sh. Sanjay Jain takes over as RED, Eastern Region , AAI .

Shri Sanjay Jain has taken over  the charge of Regional Executive Director  (Eastern Region) Airports Authority of India, Kolkata recently.Prior to holding  this onerous responsibility Sh. Jain has shouldered important assignments at  various levels in different Directorates of AAI.  Sh. Jain, B. E. (Elect.) with MBA  degree,joined on January 1989, the then National Airports Authority which was later on renamed as Airports Authority of India((AAI).

 

 

 

 He is a person with rich and varied experience as Airport Director at various  airports in different regions of the country. Gaya Airport, a Non-operational  Airport, was developed and transformed into an international Airport under his  stewardship besides executing many important projects including one at world’s  highest Airport at Leh.

 

 

 

He has received advance training and attended courses in various fields &  disciplines connected to aviation in India and abroad such as Airport Management 

 

Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP), Advance Management Programme (AMP)  from Management Development Institute (MDI),  Airport Transport Management from Indian Institute of Management ( IIM), Ahmedabad.
