Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd are in focus as the state-owned PSU has announced the record date for the final dividend payment for the FY2025-26. Further, the company has also declared to hold the 45th AGM on 29th August, 2025.
This is to inform that the Forty-First AGM of the members of GAIL (India) Limited will be held on Friday, 29th August, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), the company stated in a filing.

Further, the Company has fixed Monday, August 4, 2025 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if so approved by the members in the aforesaid AGM, it added.
