31st Induction Training Program Of CWES
New Delhi: Bharat Darshan component ( 2 weeks ) for 31st Induction Training Program ( ITP ) of CWEs officers started on 25th Jan 2020. There are total 44 trainee officers in this group, out of which 43 are recruited through 2018 ESE and one is from previous ESE.
The western and Central Region part visit of will be for one week and Southern part will be visited in next week. On 25th Jan , Batch of officers visited Indira Sagar Project ( ISP ) on Narmada River. Foundation stone for ISP was laid on Oct - 1984 by former PM Late Smt. Indira Gandhi, just before one week of her assassination.
The foundation stone was laid by her with the name of " Narmada Sagar Project (NSP ). But afterwards, it was renamed.The storage capacity of ISP is one of the largest in the country.
