AAI signed 3 Concession agreements with Adani
The agreements were signed in presence of the Chairman, AAI & senior officials of AAI & Adani Enterprises Ltd.
New Delhi: AAI today signed 3 Concession Agreements with Adani Airports Ltd. for Operations, Management & Development of Jaipur, Guwahati & Thiruvananthapuram Airports through PPP mode. The agreements were signed in presence of the Chairman, AAI & senior officials of AAI & Adani Enterprises Ltd.
Signed Concession Agreements of Jaipur, Guwahati, and Thiruvananthapuram Airports were exchanged between N.V. Subbarayudu, ED (SIU), AAI & Behnad Zandi, CEO Adani Airports in presence of AAI Chairman, AAI Board Members & senior officials from AAI & Adani Enterprises Ltd.
The concession fee that would be received by AAI after leasing out six airports will be used for the maintenance and development of other brownfield airports and also for further development of RCS and greenfield airports throughout the country. Adani Group
