Asset Monetization plan for next five year: Presented by MD CWC
New Delhi: Sh. Arun Kumar Shrivastava, MD CWC presented an asset monetization plan for the next five-year plan, and works already done during the meeting held under the chairmanship of Sh Amitabh Kant, CEO NITI Aayog Sh Sudhanshu Pandey, Secretary (Food & Public Distribution) on Feb 10, 2021.
Also highlights the new construction of godowns on vacant land, captive investment by private parties, EOI for cold storage & silo projects, business partnership through Buik-to Suit, BOT & SAMO, industrial goods storage in open, vertical space utilization through the mezzanine floor, brownfield Private Freight Terminals, etc, for better operational efficiency and monetization / full commercial utilization of assets of the Central Warehouse Corporation.
