BCPL Celebrating Sanrakshan Kshamta Mahotsav, Saksham-2021

New Delhi: BCPL is celebrating "Sanrakshan Kshamta Mahotsav (Saksham)-2021", from 16th January'21 to 15th February'21, in line with the guidelines of Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India.

To mark this occasion, BCPL is undertaking various initiatives to create awareness amongst the local populace. Cycling is one of the best ways to remain fit and healthy. It is the new craze that combines fitness with fun. It is always exciting and rejuvenating to take one’s own cycle and start in a group of friends and family along the way for a change. Nowadays the mantra of the hour is fit people are good for India’s health.

The first-ever Cyclothon will be conducted by BCPL on 7th February 2021 in association with few cycling clubs of Assam so as to create public awareness on Oil & Gas Conservation, Protection of the Environment, and Fitness.

 1) Dibrugarh Cycling Club 
 2) Sivasagar Cycling Community (The Energy)
 3) Upper Assam Cycle Co 
 4) Bike and Hike Adventures 
The themes of the Cyclothon is “Let’s Ride Cycle for Green and Clean Energy” and “Cycle for Health, Environment, and Conservation”.

The flag-off timing of Cyclothon will be on 7th February  2021, 7 AM from Chowkidinghee field, Dibrugarh Town following the route map and the termination point will be at BCPL Township as approved by the District authority. Prior to the start of the event, the chief guest will interact with all the participants.
