HUDCO pays final dividend of Rs 174.23 for the FY2020-21 to Govt
HUDCO has paid a total dividend of Rs. 435.41 Cr to shareholders for the financial year 2020-21.
New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), a Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs which has been a key partner of the govt in building assets for the Nation has presented a dividend cheque of Rs. 174,23,14,408 Cr to Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs in India Shri Hardeep Singh Puri today.
The cheque is presented by the Chairman and Managing Director & Directors of the company. HUDCO has paid a total dividend of Rs. 435.41 Cr to shareholders for the financial year 2020-21. Out of this Rs. 277.94 Cr was given to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (Rs 174.24 Cr given today while Rs 103.72 Cr was given as interim dividend in March 2021), Rs. 90.26 crore was given to the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, and Rs. 67.21 Cr to the public.
