NCL organised felicitation function on retirement of Director- Personnel Shri Bimlendu Kumar
Retired Director (Personnel) Shri Bimlendu Kumar said that the work culture of NCL is of excellent style.
Singrauli: NCL congratulates Director (Personnel) Shri Bimlendu Kumar on his retirement. In Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a felicitation function was organized in the honor of Director (Personnel) Mr. Bimlendu Kumar and General Manager (Material Management) Mr. AK Singh, who retired on the last day of July at the headquarters on Tuesday.
The Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of the company, Shri P.K. Sinha, Director (Technical/Operations) Dr. Anindya Sinha, Director (Finance and Personnel) Mr. RN Dubey, and Director (Technical/Projects and Planning) Mr. SS Sinha and General Managers of Headquarters and Regions joined the video conferencing.
Addressing the function, NCL CMD Shri Sinha said that Shri Bimlendu Kumar has been very sensitive towards social and welfare work during his tenure as Director (Personnel). He termed the retirement of Director (Personnel) as a loss to the company. Mr. Sinha described Mr. Kumar as an outstanding personality both personally and professionally.
CMD NCL said about Mr. AK Singh, General Manager (Material Management) that Mr. Singh was a successful analyst of Material Management Department and he had good coordination with all the departments. CMD Shri Sinha described the contribution made by the retired officers to the company as invaluable and wished them a bright future.
Retired Director (Personnel) Shri Bimlendu Kumar said that the work culture of NCL is of excellent style.
He described the tenure of his NCL as subtle and golden. Along with this, at the time of Kovid, as a director, he dedicated his work to the subordinate personnel. He said that he would be grateful to the NCL family for the honor bestowed upon him by this company. He also asked all the employees to work on the brand image of the company.
General Manager (Material Management) Shri AK Singh described the time of departure as an emotional moment after being associated with the company for a long time. He thanked all the personnel for their cooperation during the tenure.
Present in the function, Directors and General Managers also shared their work experiences with Director (Personnel) and General Manager (Material Management) and threw light on their working style.
