NHPC arranges airlifting of its COVID-19 affected employee from UT of Ladakh
Shri Bansal is suffering from COVID-19 and had been on a ventilator in Kargil Covid hospital.
Ladakh: NHPC arranged airlifting of Shri Naresh Bansal, Manager (Finance) posted at remotely located NHPC Chutak Power Station in Kargil Distt. (UT of Leh) on 26th May 2021.
Shri Bansal is suffering from COVID-19 and had been on a ventilator in Kargil Covid hospital. Due to constant efforts by NHPC & help from Indian Air Force, Shri Bansal was lifted by air ambulance in the fifth attempt & has been admitted in Medanta hospital, Gurgaon where he is stable now.
Shri Bansal's airlifting has been result of tireless efforts of NHPC management led by Sh. A.K. Singh, CMD, NHPC with full support from the Ministry of Power and effective coordination by Chutak Power Station and NHPC Corporate Office.
