REIL gets 'Best Employer Award- 2021'

New Delhi: The Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited, (REIL) Jaipur was awarded the "Best Employer Award-2021" by the Employers Association of Rajasthan for the 12th time. The award was presented by Hon'ble Speaker of Lok Sabha, Shri Om Birla, Speaker of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Shri C.P. Joshi and Secretary, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce, Shri K. L. Jain to Shri Rakesh Chopra, Managing Director, REIL along with REIL officials and staff in a grand ceremony organized at Hotel Marriott.
On this occasion, Managing Director, Shri Rakesh Chopra said that every industry should strengthen its Employee and Employer relationship so that a good industrial environment can be created and the targets set can be easily accomplished on time.
He said that REIL is committed towards the social security, health, and labor welfare policies of its employees and due to good industrial relations and a positive attitude, the Company strives to meet its business goals. Stating that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is important, he said that REIL is fully dedicated to the responsibilities laid down under CSR.
Shri Rakesh Chopra expressed his gratitude for the support and guidance of the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, and Government of Rajasthan. He also congratulated the officers and employees of REIL for this award and honor.
